Bank Officer
The Aurix Bankers Program prepares graduates for the position of Bank Officer at AU Small Finance Bank. It focuses on developing essential banking knowledge, customer-handling skills, and branch-level experience through one month of online training followed by a two-month paid internship at an AU Bank branch.

Aurix Program Training
Learn Banking fundamentals, Communication skills, Practical selling ability and Workplace readiness in a one-month online Training by Trueknack.
OJT (Internship)
2 Months paid Internship in AU Bank Branch after successful completion of the Online Training Program by Trueknack.
OJT Stipend
Students will get Rs. 10,000 P.M stipend from the Bank during the Internship in an AU Bank Branch.
Interview by the Bank
Final Interview by the AU Bank post successful completion of the 2 Months Internship.
Offer / Joining Letter from Bank
Final Interview qualified students will get an Offer/Joining letter as Bank Officer with a Salary of 3,50,000 P.A + Variable Incentives.
